Hi,

Unfortunately, there is no recurring payment feature, and users need to purchase a package or plan again manually. But we plan to release this feature in future updates.

Hi Andrii,

I’ve read through past threads and it has been stated several times over the past few years that this feature would be released. Years. I’m not a developer but it seems to me that this feature isn’t a priority for Hivepress. Will it be released in 5 months, 5 years? When? Not sure why it is taking years and we are not given any reasonable timeframe on when this feature can be expected. For that reason alone, regrettably, I’m forced to go with an alternative solution. It’s too bad because I really like the design of the RentalHive theme. I’m very disappointed.

Does the extension allow for automatic enrollment of customers into recurring payments, or will they need to manually re-enroll? For instance, if someone purchases a 12-month membership, will they need to manually renew after a year, or can I set up automatic renewal for their membership?

This version of the extension does not have a recurring payment feature, but we plan to add such a feature in a future extension.
