How do I change so it only appear social media icons?

Hi. On Appearence > Menu i have added different social media names with links, but how do I change so it only appear social media icons? The menus name is Support. I want to write a text there where it is written “Contact us: (email)” where “email” is the only hyperlink, and then when they click on the email it will open up the epost with e email address filled out. How do I fix that?
