How do I change the text "Nothing found"

Hi how do I change the text on the : Search results page when there are no listings in that area: Nothing found - Sorry, but nothing matched your search terms. Please try again with some different keywords.

for example: https://www.where4care.co.uk/?post_type=hp_listing&latitude=52.678042&longitude=-2.451427&s=&location=Telford%2C+Telford+and+Wrekin%2C+England%2C+United+Kingdom&_category=

Also my site is running really slow - do you have any idea why?

Regarding the text translation, please use the Loco Translate plugin, you can find these strings in Loco Translate > Plugins > HivePress. Also, please check this doc How to change any static text - HivePress Help Center
As for site speed, please check this topic Site loading speed too low. Any tips or tricks to improve loading speed?
