How do we get a refund. I have contacted hive customer service team many times and my emails are ignored. really shocked about the customer service i have received after buying the professional version

Please make sure that the email address is correct, we couldn’t find any emails from you Awesome Screenshot But no worries - we submitted a refund request to Paddle and they’ll process it shortly. I hope you’ll find a better solution for your project.
