I can’t get Favorites working properly. When pushing the icon, the icon is active but there is no page made in the account. Also when I refresh the icon is inactive again.
Already reinstalled the plugin and cleared cache.

By default, when you favorite a listing, the Favorites tab should appear in the profile section where Listings, Messages, Settings, and other tabs are displayed. In this tab, you’ll see a list of all your favorited listings.
If there’s no such tab, please try reinstalling the plugin from WordPress > Plugins > Add Plugin or downloading it from WordPress.org and installing it manually: How to install extensions - HivePress Help Center.
Please let me know if the issue persists.
Downloading the plugin from the wordpress repository and uploading it to the website worked.
