I have a problem with packages. I created a free package with a limit of 1 and a premium paid one with a limit of 1. When a client takes a free one, information appears in the client panel in packages that the standard free package is and the number 0. When I enter a new offer, information appears that the package has already been used and it cannot be taken again.
In that case, I open a new ad in the premium package. What’s worse,… The information that I have premium does not appear in the packages, only the standard all the time and when I try to post an ad again with a premium package, I have such an option even though the limit is set to 1 and one is already active.
If you have two packages, one free and one paid, and each has a publishing limit of one listing, then if you create a listing, select the free package, then in Account > Packages, you will see 0 next to this package, because you have already published listing, i.e., used this limit. With a paid package, everything will work the same way. That is, if your limit for two packages is one listing, then you will need to buy a package every time you publish a listing.
I understand, but currently I have purchased two packages. One free and one premium. I see 0 next to the free one, and the premium package is not on the list of packages at all. Only the first free one is on the list
Hi,
In my case I have one package with 12 listings unlimited in time and two other packages with 5 listings each available for 5 or 10 days. If a vendor have two package available how can I allow them to chose from which package they want to publish please ?
Unfortunately, there is no such feature as package selection, the limit will be removed from the previous package first, and then from the last purchased one.
