How to add a header slider on listinghive or at least a carousel

I really need a header slider solution for ListingHive or at least a carousel😔pls help. Tell me how best to implement it. Thank you.

Why don’t you consider implementing at least a carousel for listinghive if not a header slider?

How difficult do you think it might be to customise this?

Yes, this feature is available in paid themes. We have not planned to add this feature for ListingHive yet, but thanks for your feedback, we will consider adding it.

I am trying to adapt listinghive for an escort directory. I don’t see your premium theme as general as listinghive, they tend to be more specific.

Pls advice me on another of your theme that can also serve this purpose and I will get it right away.

Hi,

It’s not about paid or free themes, it’s just that this is the initial design of ListingHive’s UI\UX, and therefore changing it will require custom implementation. But we will consider adding this feature as a paid extension.

  1. When making an extension for this request, make the slider available to both mobile and desktop users.

  2. There should be another monitization tier on Hivepress, where FEATURE listings should be listed on slider, PREMIUM listings should be listed on the frontpage immediately after the slider or top category block but are NOT on slider unless the listing is both featured and premiumed.

  3. On the listing category page, the configuration in number 2 above should still hold true.

  4. Make it posible for slider to auto start,

  5. Make it possible to set the number of listing allow to slide at a time untill another page refresh

  6. Make it possible to adjust the number of listing to show on slider base on screen width

  7. Add an option to clear lable listings on slider as featured, premium as the case maybe or to hide label (great for marketing or sells purposes).
