on my home page i have categories listed with images. there is a search bar that the user can search by category (drop down list) or location. When they choose a category by clicking on the image the listings appear with the category image appearing, however, when they search using the dropdown list for category and hit search, the listings appears but with no image (header) for the category. any suggestions? thank you

Unfortunately, this is not possible, it will require a custom implementation. Because if you select one filter, it will no longer be a category page, but just a search.
