How to add menu items

i can’t delete menu added upon install

it doesn’t show on menus, and the styling breaks my theme.

i just want to get rid of this menu and add my own, plz help

its the menu with username, when you hover, there is settings/logout button

second question, i added attributes to listings.
created a listing, but the fields don’t show.
