I want to add packages for Vendors or Free lancers in his own profile, and i want him to control his packages without any connection with the suuport.

Please let me know what do you mean by packages, if you mean charging vendors for adding listings (or registering if you require vendors to add at least 1 listing), then you can use Paid Listings extension. It allows you to add packages of listings that vendors can purchase if they want to list something.
