How to add to the user menus

How can I change the menu, so that new users can see my account, messages etc in the drop down menu. At the moment they can only see settings and sign out.

Hi you can create pages using a code snippet. Read this: How can I add another menu item to a logged in user menu?

Note the user will only see the messages when they actually have a message with someone, etc. The labels only show when used. In other words they won’t be displayed if not used.
