How to add “woo commerce shop” as a sub-menu to packages in account menu items so the user can easily upgrade packages however it should only appear when packages appear in the account menu for vendors

I’ve seen your post for adding a custom menu item to the account menu but I want a custom menu as a submenu for existing account menu items

or how can I make the menu only appear for only vendors and not normal users?
