How to avoid blurry header logo 150x150

Hi, I am trying to add my logo to the site identity, and the recommendation is to use a 150x150 image.

However, for that resolution my logo keeps getting blurry. How can I manage to upload a 150x150 image with good resolution like taskhive demo?

Use SVG format.

Wordpress is not allowing me to upload .svg files.

Install a svg plugin. That is the way around it. For example, there is one called SVG Support.
