How to change icon reviews

I’m Having a hard time changing the review stars into another icon like a face-smile. Using font awesome. I’m using HivePress marketplace / classified ads theme. I try to use some coding but it still not changing. Maybe my coding is wrong? Is it allow to customize the star rating into another icon?
