How to change order in listing view page

Hello,

I have a couple of questions regarding the listings I’ve been working on ListingHive.

Firstly, I would like to move the menu from the top to under the image. Additionally, I’d like to add another tab called “Resources” after “Details” (See attached image).

Since I’m relatively new to PHP, I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide detailed instructions on how to make these customizations to my listings.
