What is name of that php file? Cant find

Just change 123 on 1 for example and the vendor block will be the first in the sidebar

Also, please do not make changes to core files. Please use HivePress hooks Home | HivePress Hook Reference which you can add with the Code Snippets plugin or CSS properties which you can add in Appearance/Customize/Additional CSS

Thank you. But where i need to put that code snippet? In which file? functions.php? But there is many of them. Which one?
