Hi,

For the no-code solution, you can also use the Loco Translate plugin to change string labels [Title can be changed in Loco Translate > Plugins > HivePress, and Location under Loco Translate > Plugins > HivePress Geolocation]: How to change any static text - HivePress Help Center, How to translate an extension - HivePress Help Center.

P.S. Please note that in that case, the title and location fields will be changed for all forms, e.g., Add Request.
