How to charge commision from buyers

Hello, I am having three difficulites:
1- When making the private request, the notification arrives by email but does not appear in the requested vendor profile.
2- At checkout, the interest is not falling to the buyer, but directly to me, it would be a HivePress bug.
3- Is the request commissioned?
4 - Would it be possible to establish a table of commission percentage by product value?

Olá, estou com três difculdades:
1- Ao fazer a solicitação privada, a notificação chega por e-mail mas não aparece no perfil do fornecedor solicitado.
2- No checkout, os juros não estão caindo para o comprador, mas diretamente para mim, seria um bug do HivePress.
3- A solicitação é comissionada ?
4 - Teria a possibilidade de estabelecer uma tabela de porcentagem de comissão por valor de produto?

  1. Unfortunately, there is no such feature yet, but we plan to add the page to the account.

  2. Please provide more details on your meaning; we will try to help. This feature is unavailable in this version if you’re talking about split payments. If you mean how to add a commission for buyers, then please check this doc How to set up commissions - HivePress Help Center

  3. Yes.

  4. Unfortunately, there’s no such feature; it would require a custom implementation.
