How to create a slider with category listings in ListingHive

Hello every one

I am working on a website using HivePress and ListingPress and I’m trying to create a section on my homepage where I can display listings from specific categories in a slider format.

I want to display the listings from my categories, for example, “Real Estate”, “Vehicles”, and “Jobs”, in a horizontal slider. I would like to show these listings in a clean, responsive layout, where on desktop, I can display 4 or 5 listings in a row, and on mobile, it should show 2 listings per row.

I am using the hivepress_listings shortcode to display the listings, but I am unsure about how to integrate this into a slider that will work smoothly and responsively. Could anyone guide me through the steps on how to achieve this using ListingPress and any additional plugins or shortcodes that could help me implement the slider functionality?

If anyone has experience with this or could provide a step-by-step guide or resources, I would greatly appreciate your help!

Unfortunately, this feature is not available in the free ListingHive theme, the slider is only available in premium themes. You may consider switching themes, or alternatively, if you are familiar with coding or have a developer, we can provide general guidance. As another option, you can try using third-party plugins to add a slider to WordPress.
