Is it possible to create a landing page to run a promotion through? I would like to execute a paid ads campaign that will link to the landing page, with the goal of obtaining email contacts. My understanding is I need another plugin/theme for this? But I do not want it to interrupt the ExpertHive plugin/theme. Is there an extension available?

Could you please clarify what content you have on the landing page? You can create a page with any custom content directly in WordPress Pages — no additional plugin or theme is required. You can add whatever you need there.
For collecting emails, it depends on the tool you’re using. For example, if you use Mailchimp, the plugin MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org is integrated with HivePress. You can enable the option to collect emails from the page as well as during user registration.
Do you recommend Mailchimp for email marketing with WP and hivepress - I am looking into a few options. I would like to eliminate the header and footer on the landing page - I have figured out how to build it and set it as the static page.
If you create a page, we can provide a CSS snippet to hide the header and footer on that page. For this, we’ll just need the page ID or the page URL.
As for Mailchimp, it’s integrated into our registration form via a checkbox. If this setup isn’t critical for you, you’re free to use any email marketing platform that best fits your pricing and feature requirements.
