How to customise request page

Hi,

I want to customise the requests page on my site. From what I found on previous questions/on your YouTube videos I should override the template for said page.

Issue is, that I don’t have any of these templates I see on the YouTube videos or on any of the posts I’ve found here. Where am I supposed to find them? Or am I not looking from the right place?

request page come from plugin not from theme so you should find on there
