I have some more questions about hivepress

  1. Can a user upgrade or downgrade a plan, for example if they purchase silver plan, can they upgrade to gold plan or downgrade to bronze plan?

  2. Can a cancel button be displayed so a user can cancel their membership plan before the 30 days as all plans expire after 30 days unless they renew it

Hi,

  1. The user can purchase another plan, but then they will have 2 plans available to them if they have already purchased another plan.

  2. Unfortunately, there is no such feature, you can only manually delete a plan for a particular user through the WP Dashboard.
