How to disable sharing of Contact number in message

Hi, please share the method to restrict Contact number sharing in messages. I have already used Message setting Blocked Keywords section for restricting emails

Unfortunately, there is no such feature, it will require a custom implementation. In this version, only the Blocked Keywords feature is available.

Is there a wildcard or mechanism to block the sharing of continuous numbers, so that no one can share more than three numbers in a row? using Blocked Keywords only ?

can you provide a person who can do this for us, as an paid service, as I am not able to find any one on fiverr who is capable of doing such this. In addition to this I have some more changes to be done such as login with Phone number and OTP and changing Mins to Hours in listing items.
