I have a dropdown listing attribute that took a while to make since it contained many options. Now I need to make a nearly identical attribute, so just wondering if there is a way to duplicate the old one or do I have to manually add the attribute and the dropdown options again?

Yes, it’s possible but this would require using some Import plugin for WordPress, you can try using the default one or WP All Import to export the custom taxonomy terms used in this attribute (usually the taxonomy is named “hp_listing_attributenamehere”) and re-import it.
