To add moderator/reviewer users, install WP plugin “Members – Membership & User Role Editor Plugin”, In that Members plugin menu, go to Add-Ons and enable “Members - Role Hierarchy”.
Set new role with permission to Read, “Edit posts"(to show comments section where reviews needs to be checked), “Moderate comments” and all permissions in “Posts” section (except “Publish posts” and “private” entries). If you want to grant user modify, delete and role change permissions, make sure that all your roles has “Position” set in the list of roles (highest=admin, lowest=subscriber) in order to avoid lower position user edit a higher position user.
