How to find out when a message was sent

Is there a token I can use in an email that prints the time and date the message was sent?

Hi,

Please note that the email is sent when the message is sent, so the time of the email and the message will be the same.

I know but I’d have liked to see it displayed in the message, as in the attached photo

Unfortunately, there’s no such feature, it would require a custom implementation.
