How to import listings

Hi,

I manage a large non-profit animal shelter site with over 400 cats and dogs that are waiting for adoption.
How can I import them in Hivepress? They have a total of 7 categories and total of 4 subcategories.

Would love to switch to Hivepress. But not manually import them 1 by 1
