How to improve the site speed

Hi,

We’ve tried a bunch of things but still not able to get the coveted 90+ score for core web vitals.
LSC helps but it’s not enough; even with their paid CDN, image and page optimization.
I use just a few basic plugins - SEO, FB pixel, cleantalk, SMTP, etc and there’s the script for GA. Images are webP, mostly kep below the first fold but we still need to do better.

Is there anyone using any other plugins for speed and doing better for CWV?

For the benefit of anyone else struggling with this - we did a few things. Switched to WP rocket, cloudflare cache, removed the loader, and moved images below the first fold, where possible.
