How to increase message attachments size

when i try and send a file it comes back with the following message

Your attachment is too big. You are allowed to attach files up to 2 Mo

is there any way to increase this to allow bigger files to be sent and received

Hi, i have increased the size, but it still comes up with the message on hive. i have tested it just through media and the increase is there but hive is not letter any files to be bigger through the message service

Please note that HivePress does not limit the size of files you upload; it all depends on the WordPress level or server settings (your hosting provider). Please check your settings and hosting provider for more details.
