Is there anyway I can integrate SMS notifications? I have had this request several times now from my vendors due to some people not using email frequently.

You can add any third-party service, but please note that it will require a custom integration with a detailed review of the service documentation (that you want to integrate) and our docs Getting started - Developer Docs
