How to keep these blocks align blocks to two rows max?

For some reason the listing blocks are always not aligned depending on the amount of text used.

Is there a way to make sure it always is aligned please? Looks messy now. Alternatively is there a way to make sure it’s always two lines max and aligned?

But is there no way to limit the amount of text (characters) being displayed then adding “…” if it “overflows” ? Can you assist with that please?

So for instance on the cards can we not just add some code that limits characters (with spacing) to 55 characters with spacing of which 52 is title, and the last 3 is …? Just for cards across the site?

Then if a title is < less than 55 characters as well, add a space to accommodate block height?
