In RentalHive, the only option to load a profile picture is by using Gravatar. That seems like an unnecessary added step. Is there a way to just load a standard photo directly?

you can disable using Gravatar in the wordpress dashboard settings.
Where? I do not see any mention of Gravatar at all anywhere other than in my screen shot above.

For anyone else looking at this as well, to disable, you go to Settings: Discussion: uncheck the Avatars box. Save.
