i want the vendor must send the file with order to be complet . file addition should be required and as vendor send file from there device to user the file is also available in our media because of this the wordpress media space and hostinger space all are decreasing i know its +point we can check what kind of file are sending through are platform but storage resourse also decreasing what to how to keep our storage always clean
but main solution i want is make the order file attachment required how to achieve that please tell and please response quickly previously it took 3 days you to reposnd its needed

as order file is delivered by vendor its visible in our media file and its using our hosting and wordpress storage it will decrease our hsoting storage as well as that many file in wordpress make the website really slow what to do make website always fast
or respond how to sure media file coverstaion between vendor and user file dont come to our system or way to delte it automaticaaly after some time from our media library file permently as order completed after certain period of time so storage is always avaialble and website speed also dont decrease . give me temprory fix or code way to delete as order is complted file also get delted from media .
