How could the sorting take into account the number of received reviews and the average rating so that the vendor with the most reviews and the highest average rating would rise to the top?
Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. This version does not have this feature, so it will require a custom implementation. However, we plan to consider adding this feature in future updates.
Thank you very much! This feature is extremely important if we want to encourage people to leave a review. Otherwise, reviews don’t really have any significance (other than being good to know). Our service is based on the idea that by collecting good reviews, one can stand out from others and move up in the listings.
Do you have any estimate of when this might be on your task list?
And one other question:
People can review the vendor by giving stars from one to five on different categories (budget, customer service, work quality, scheduling etc.) . How ever it does not calculate the average amount of stars given. At the moment it only shows how you have reviewed the service in general, not average rating in total, and the other star ratings separately. It would be important that you can also see the average rating as the main review. Is there currently any way to implement this?
Hi,
Unfortunately, we don’t have an exact ETA on when this will be added, as we have just added this feature to the backlog. Yes, it can be added in this version if you need it urgently, but please note that it will require a custom implementation.
