How to make users choose a package

If I create a free plan, will the user be required to choose a free plan to participate? If so how. I am using task hive for a freelance model. If a create a free package that says they get 5 listings. What will stop them from creating 10 listings?

So I need to know how to make users choose a package. It looks like even when I set up the packages, users can still create listings.

Hi,

By default, there is no possibility to re-select free packages. When five listings are over, users will have to buy other premium plans.
