How to override template

Hi. I need to build a website similar to Fiverr. HivePress plugin is excellent for that purpose, but… the website needs to be built using Oxygen Builder. So far, I tested the plugin with the builder and found out that some things are not so obvious. E.g. how to override templates and use my own layout? How to add custom blocks and such.
