Where can I can these ratings for vendors? I’ve already deleted all testimonials but it seems those are different. I need to remove the ratings them since these are “demo” vendors.

Please note that the vendor’s rating is the average rating of its listings, so you need to remove the reviews of its listings.

I don’t see any reviews on each vendors’ listings. I’m confused. I have removed all testimonials and don’t see anything to remove.

These ratings are generally added to the “Comments” wordpress section, just under pages.
Testimonials section is just for the testimonial block where you can display feedbacks for marketing on your homepage for exemple.
There are no comments I’ve deleted all of them. And that rating still shows up. So I’m not sure what else to try.

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
Another solution if it doesn’t work. Delete the profile and recreate it from scratch. You’ll find the photo from the medias or in your files.
