How to reset package after limit exceeded

Hello, after a user exceeds the limit on their package for posting, the package displays ‘limit exceeded’. The package is attached to the woo commerce product. How can a user re-purchase the same package after the user has used up their package limit? Currently they cannot because the purchase button is replaced with “Limit Exceeded”. Please navigate to HivePress > Settings > Listings > and the enable Allow multiple free packages feature.

Hello, I have checked ‘enable Allow multiple free packages feature’ but wjen the user goes to re-purchase the package, it still says “Limit Exceeded”. The user is not able to purchase a new package. Does the job board only allow users to purchase packages once? This definitly will not work for my users ! Users must be able to purchase packages more than once.

Please note that premium packages, those associated with WooCommerce products, can be purchased an unlimited number of times by default. And free packages can be purchased only once if you have this feature disabled, and several times if it is enabled. Also, if you still see “Limit Exceeded”, you most likely enabled this feature after a package has already been purchased by a user, so we recommend that you test with a new user after you have enabled this feature.
