When a private message is sent to the Seller, the Seller does not know who the message is from. Why can’t you click on the registered name to view your profile.
Is there a way to solve it? or is that the template?

Unfortunately, this feature is not available, since the user profile is not available for display on the frontend, but we plan to add this feature in future updates.
