How to select an existing image from the media library on the Listing page instead of re-uploading the same image

Hello,

I have 700+ listing pages and I want to upload/select the same images.
Since those listing pages use the same images, is there a way I can upload/select the image from the media library instead of re-uploading the same 700+ images to optimize the space of my server?

Hi! If you delete 1 or 700 images, and then upload again, the images ID’s will be newly generated, so no, you can’t do that. If you already deleted those images, I recommend select a backup to restore, and then use an image optimizer plugin to regenerate all of your images. Or the other solution, you can use google, amazon, or any other external media storage, for freeing up your server space, you can use some free/paid wordpress plugins what can handling external media images.
