How to set up geolocation

Hello. I have Request-type ads that include geolocation. However, the request ads page has filters for features, budget, radius in kilometers, and search. My problem is that the search for ads by location is not working. I type the name of a locality, but nothing comes up. I have it connected with Mapbox. Thank you.
