How to set up stripe and commisions

I have been struggling to get the stripe payment gateway fully functioning on my website. I would like payment to be sent to be sent to vendors and for the site to take a 15% commission. Vendors would create accounts on stripe to get their payout. Does anyone have any guidance on what needs to be done in the back end to allow for this ? Thank you

Have you signed up to Stripe and added your API key in the Integrations tab in HivePress > Settings?

Hiya Chris, yes and I still have a page that stops the payment happening

I always get an error screen that says ‘You can only create new accounts if you’ve signed up for Connect, which you can learn how to do at Platforms and marketplaces with Stripe Connect | Stripe Documentation’

Hi @smills,

It sounds like you haven’t completed the sign up process for Stripe. You should be presented with a checklist set-up guide that will walk you through all of the steps and eventually give you an API Key/secret. There’s about 15 steps, but it’s all fairly simple - I completed it myself yesterday.
