How to Show Title-Based Related Section for Listings

Is there a way to display a title-based related section in listings? For example, if the listing name is “ABC Tool,” I want it to show “ABC Alternative” below it. Similarly, if the listing name is “XYZ,” it should display “XYZ Alternative,” as illustrated in the attached image.

Is there a built-in feature or a way to achieve this using custom code?
