How to stop "post a request button" from collapsing into just an icon in Experthive?

How to stop “Post a request” button with an icon collapsing into just an icon with no text in smaller screens such as smartphones ?
As most users come via smartphones
And with no clear indication of where to post a request without a text button in smartphone screens, users are lost.
Is there any CSS code snippet to keep the button as it is ?
