How could I sync Airbnb listing prices? Is it possible?

Unfortunately, there’s no such feature for the price, because there is no single API standard for prices it would require a custom implementation.
Now it is possible to sync dates with Airbnb, via iCal links.

Thanks. Please is there an API that can help me sinc properties from other booking sites and OTA. ? if so, how should i go about it?

There’s no such built-in API at the moment (there’s an API for syncing the calendar availability), but you can check some advanced plugins like WP All Import, they may have an automatic sync feature.
