I would like to disable the emails automations from HivePress because they automatically go into the “Spam” box of the clients and they’re sent from “Wordpress” instead of my site name and I can’t customize their appearance (colour, font…)
So I would like to only use the WooCommerce emails automations instead but they seemed to be blocked by HivePress.
Is there a snippet or something to block the HivePress emails ?
Unfortunately, there’s no such feature; it would require a custom implementation. Regarding HivePress emails, please make sure that they are configured correctly using this documentation, then they will not end up in spam: How to set up emails - HivePress Help Center. But if you need to disable HivePress emails, please use this documentation: How to disable emails - HivePress Help Center
