I am not getting e-mails after registration process

HI everyone,

First of all i finished install all free plugins and i am thinking about pro version now.

but

I have problem with e-mails after registry process. I am not getting them at all I read How to set up emails - HivePress Help Center I installed YayCommerce where you have button to send test message and this test message works.

I created this special e-mail message with activation of new user also

all what i have in this moment is message that e-mail has been sent(from register form) but no e-mail on my mail account (gmail etc).

Second issue i do not know why but when i add my own mail account from my hosting it did not see this at all. Shows error all the time but by Outlook it works. Any ideas what I did wrong?

Unfortunately, we are unfamiliar with the YayCommerce plugin, so we cannot give you more details. I recommend contacting their support to set up the mail correctly, then the registration notification and mail change to yours should work without any problems. Also, as a workaround, you can use the YaySMTP plugin.

Last question what should i have marked to make it workable?

Hivepress → user → enable registration online and require conformation

and prepare this e-mail what should be send ?

or something else?

and one more thing Yaysmtp and YayCommerce is this same. How you can see on the picture is on. I do not know why in main menu is called YayCommerce

Hi,

You must enable Require email address verification in HivePress > Settings > Users. Also, you need to set up your mail correctly using this doc How to set up emails - HivePress Help Center. Then, after registration, you will receive verification messages automatically.
