I think there are two types of membership registration required.
For example, I think we need a pattern between vendors and consumers.
I don’t think it is necessary to add a listing for those who have registered as a consumer.
Does Hivepress have such a feature?
I am translating Japanese. The text may be incorrect. Thank you.
I’m sure your problem can be handled easily with
roles it has been builtin WordPress feature or Hivepress,
but by dividing types of membership,
that are complicated and more confusing for customers,
I prefer hivepress as it is now
which is simple and not confusing for visitor and customers,
By default, all registered users have regular profiles, but any user can become a vendor (before or after registration) by adding a listing. This is a way for users to indicate that they want to get a vendor profile, and admins can decide this by approving/rejecting listings.
Changing this user flow is possible, but it would probably require advanced customizations. You can also enable Direct Registration in settings for vendors, then users can register as vendors right away, without adding a listing first.
