Please add delete button to delete all chats for privacy. How to proceed to delete it.

Unfortunately, Chatbase doesn’t offer such an option on the front-end, and there’s also no option for us to enable this in Chatbase dashboard. Chat logs are stored only temporarily, but we can explicitly find and delete your chat log – in this case we still need to identify it somehow (chat logs are anonymous). Also, for future chats, we recommend removing any sensitive data from replies, such as API keys, website URL, or any personal data.

What are the steps for identification so it can be deleted?
I have created a support ticket on Chatbase for a Delete chats button.
The log is available only for 30 days after the chat ends, older logs are cleared in Chatbase dashboard automatically. If this is urgent and you accidentally sent sensitive or personal data to the chat that you’d like to delete before 30 days pass, please send any details that may help to find this chat via email support@hivepress.io For example, if you mentioned your website URL in the chat, or any other specific details.
Yes, I hope they’ll add the Delete option to the chat UI as well.
