Hi is there any way to identify and keep track of Establishments, ie a group of listings in one building.

Could you please clarify your request a bit more? For example, do you need this feature for categorizing listings and displaying them together somewhere?
At the moment, this functionality is not available. However, there are possible workarounds depending on your use case, for example, using a custom attribute for categorization, or leveraging the Geolocation feature to display nearby listings instead.
